The BAT54S came out a little crooked, but the multimeter shows good connections and no shorts. All's well that ends well. Now with the jumper removed and 5 Volts applied externally no parts on the board will be using parasitic power. Just a touch of conformal coating over the new solder and the board is ready to go back into the weather instrument.
