Unzip to the directory of your choice

Double click on newby.exe

If you click on the help menu > contents
Windows will give you a Can't Find error
browse to the directory you unzipped the 
files into and select rescalc.hlp then
click OK. It will now find the help file.

Requires VB4 runtimes, should work on most
modern Windows systems.

Sorry the source code and install package are
"lost" on a CD burned with a friends burner.
My burner will not read the CD. 
Someday I will get a better burner, but till
then...
